By creating an account, purchasing a membership, booking a class, or entering the Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Creation & Booking Platform
Account Setup: All bookings, class schedules, waitlists, purchases, and account preferences are managed exclusively through our online booking app or web portal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account profile.
In-Studio Only Services: Aral Pilates offers exclusively in-person, in-studio physical fitness instruction. We do not provide online, virtual, livestreamed, or recorded classes.
Age Restrictions:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to create an account independently.
Minors aged 16–17 may participate only with a signed, written consent form and liability waiver executed by a parent or legal guardian on site prior to attending their first class.
Individuals under 16 years of age are not permitted to attend classes.
2. Payment Processing & Financial Terms
Secure Merchant Processing: All payment transactions (including credit card, debit card, and recurring membership billing) are processed securely through our authorized third-party merchant provider. By storing a card on file or making a purchase, you agree to standard payment processing terms.
Card on File Requirement: To book classes, reserve waitlist spots, or maintain an active membership, you must keep a valid, active payment card on file in your account.
Automatic Billing & Pre-Authorization: You authorize Aral Pilates and its merchant processor to charge your card on file for recurring membership fees, single class purchases, late cancellation fees, no-show penalties, retail goods, and unpaid balances without additional verbal notice.
Failed Payments & Invoices: If an auto-charge is declined or fails, automated re-billing will be attempted. Aral Pilates reserves the right to suspend booking access until all outstanding balances, including a $[e.g., 25] declined payment fee, are settled in full.
Refund Policy: All sales—including single class drop-ins, class packages, auto-renewing memberships, workshops, and retail items—are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No cash refunds or account credit adjustments will be granted for unused credits or early class departures.
3. Reservations, Waitlists & Cancellation Policies
Class Reservations
Class bookings open [e.g., 7 or 14 days] prior to the scheduled class time through our app or web portal. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Waitlist System
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist using available class credits or an active membership.
If a spot opens up, the system will automatically enroll you in the class up to [e.g., 2 hours] prior to the class start time, and an automated notification (email/SMS) will be sent to you.
Waitlist Responsibility: Joining the waitlist is treated as a confirmed booking commitment. If you are promoted from the waitlist into the class, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply immediately. It is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer intend to attend.
Cancellation & Fee Schedule
Because mat space in our studio is limited, we strictly enforce our cancellation window and entry rules to ensure all clients have an opportunity to move. Booking Category

Strict 5-Minute Lockout Rule: For the safety of participants, prevention of injury, and respect for the class flow, late entry beyond 5 minutes past the scheduled class start time is strictly prohibited. Doors lock after 5 minutes, and late arrivals will be processed as a Late Cancellation ($15 fee) or No-Show ($25 fee).
Equipment, Mats & Attire
Provided Mats: Pilates mats are provided by Aral Pilates for all clients to use during class. We do not offer mat rentals.
Mandatory Items: Clients must bring their own grip socks and mat towel to every class. For hygiene, safety, and traction, non-slip grip socks and a mat towel placed over the provided studio mat are mandatory during every session.
Personal Belongings & Lockers: All personal belongings (bags, shoes, coats, street wear) must be stored in our designated lockers. Personal items are strictly forbidden on the studio floor or surrounding the mats during class. Aral Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Back Row Filming Only: Personal video recording or photography during class is strictly permitted only if you are positioned in the back row and ensure that no other clients or instructors appear in your frame or background.
Privacy Assurance: Filming anywhere else in the studio or capturing other clients on video without their express written consent is strictly prohibited to respect the privacy and comfort of all participants.
Mobile Devices: Except when filming from the back row in accordance with the above policy, cell phones must be set to silent or powered off and stowed inside your designated locker.
Hygiene & Sanitation
Clients are required to wipe down and sanitize studio-provided mats and props (e.g., Pilates rings, resistance bands, blocks) using provided disinfectant wipes at the conclusion of class.
6. Health, Medical & Liability Release
Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise, movement, and mat Pilates training involve inherent risks of physical injury, muscle strain, structural impairment, or health complications. By participating in classes at Aral Pilates, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical exertion and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of your participation.

You represent that you are in good physical health and free from any injury, disability, or condition that would limit safe participation in physical fitness programs.
Pregnancy & Injuries: It is your sole responsibility to consult a medical doctor before attending class if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. You must inform the instructor of any physical limitations or pregnancy prior to the start of class.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aral Pilates, its owners, directors, officers, instructors, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of personal injury, loss, property damage, or theft occurring on studio premises or as a result of attending any studio class or event.
7. Media & Studio Marketing Release
Promotional Content: Aral Pilates occasionally records photographs or short video content during live classes for marketing, website design, and social media promotion.
Opt-Out: By agreeing to these Terms, you grant permission for your image/likeness to appear in studio-produced marketing materials. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed by studio staff, you must notify studio management in writing and inform the instructor prior to the start of class.
8. Modifications to Terms & Services
Schedule & Staffing: Aral Pilates reserves the right to modify class times, substitute instructors, alter class formats, or reduce class capacity at any time without prior notice.
Policy Adjustments: Aral Pilates reserves the right to update or amend these Terms, pricing, membership structures, and studio rules at any time. Notice of revisions will be posted in-studio, updated on the client app/portal, or delivered via email.
